Philip died on Christmas Eve 2014. Always a keen photographer, Philip took a fair few photographs of the Holyhead lifeboat around Anglesey at a few of the different lifeboat days over the years. Some of his photos used to be in the Stag in Cemaes Bay. He had a few trips out on different lifeboats, photographing them 'in action', and some appeared in the local press. See the gallery. Real ale was another interest, and he had a few pints with the crew, and in his old local (the Stag) in Cemaes, with landlords from Tom Hughes to Andy Chape and onwards. Posted on January 10, 2015
